Milledgeville-Eatonton Film Festival Opening Night @ The Plaza Arts Center
Apr 24 @ 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Now in its 5th year in 2018, Milledgeville is expanding to the neighboring city of Eatonton, Georgia for a six-day film festival. It is branded as a Southern Gothic-themed film event, created by filmmakers for filmmakers.  This year, we’re kicking off the week-long event at The Plaza Arts Center with the opening night screening of the film “Rich Boy Rich Girl”.  Other events include screenings in an outdoor midnight horror film viewing on the grounds of the abandoned Central State Hospital, a red carpet awards show with a Golden Globes style dinner and a Sunday filmmaker’s brunch at Lockerly Arboretum. Women’s Impact in Filmmaking and New Media are two main focuses of interest for this internationally-flavored lineup. Come celebrate the festival’s fifth year of great films with Southern Hospitality, April 24-29, 2018!  Click here for the full ME Film Fest Schedule.
